Jodi has over 20 years of human resource management experience with 12 years’ experience in leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions in the consulting and staffing industry. She holds a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation as well as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification.
Born and raised north of Winnipeg, MB, she lives on a small acreage with her family where she is the proud mom to many rescue animals. Jodi personally rescued and transported an injured American Bald Eagle inside her car in an effort to save the animal. Almost like the scene in Tommy Boy!
