Chuck Fraley

The days you spend on the water are not deducted from your days on earth.

Chuck brings over 30 years of sales and business management experience in both the private and public sectors, predominantly within the HVAC industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Texas.  Career highlights include participating in the successful launch of several national programs to build brands and market share, as well as opportunities to hold P&L responsibility.

Business Philosophy:

  • Well managed and respected businesses mange their affairs in an ethical and principled manner. Owners and managers are not exploitive and are engaged in advancing the business in the interest of all stakeholders.
  • Businesses realize success by building and empowering strong teams that are able to collectively advance the business and produce results.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, he and his family moved around, such that he had lived in 11 cities before age 20. Today, Chuck lives in the Atlanta area with his wife. Nearby is their daughter, son, and two grandchildren.

They stay busy boating on Lake Lanier, watching the grandkids play sports, and running (let’s call it jogging, maybe walking).

His real passion is BBQ, and he has dedicated his life to perfecting the smoking of delectable cuts of beef, pork, and poultry. Lessons are available, but in reality, he should be taking them, not giving them.
